Systemic Awareness is a way of becoming aware of what happens within you in a situation.
In a guided session, you bring a situation that affects you or keeps returning in your life.
A conversation that stayed with you.
A reaction of your own.
A feeling that keeps returning.
Or something you keep running into.
You zoom out of the situation.
Not by analysing it, but by observing systemically what becomes visible.
This creates overview.
You see what is happening within you and in the situation.
And you recognize how you respond and what it does to you.
What first felt confusing or intense becomes clearer.
Not because the situation changes, but because you look at it differently.
And it is precisely there that space begins to emerge to relate to it differently in daily life.
