Systemic Awareness

Something happens.

Someone says or does something. Or responds in a way that affects you.

And immediately, something happens inside you.

Irritation. tension. sadness. doubt.

You pull back, start explaining, adjusting, or resisting.

And afterward, it lingers.

You keep thinking about it. It takes energy.

What is happening here often says more than you can see in that moment.

What others are saying

Go on a systemic zoom-out journey and discover your patterns!

I did this with Systemic Awareness, and I experienced so many beautiful insights and “aha” moments. There were different, supportive exercises in which I was able to explore my own (everyday) situations and discover what my triggers are, how to zoom out systemically, what messages they carry, and what it feels like when I am no longer bound by them…
From a certain perspective, I was even able to see the gifts these situations hold. That does require real honesty with yourself, sharing with others, and especially doing and practicing.

In a safe and open setting with a truly beautiful group, I feel deeply grateful. For all the insights, the “gifts/hidden blessings,” the recognition, and the acknowledgment of what is—rather than what my mind makes of it.
An inwardly enriching and expanding process that sets things in motion, while still being something you truly experience together.
I would wish this for everyone.

Thank you to us, and an extra thank you to you, Esther, for making this possible ❤️

I noticed that situations kept affecting me and that I found it difficult to get out of them. During Systemic Awareness, what was really going on suddenly became visible. Not only in my mind, but also in how I felt it. Since then, I stay much closer to myself.

Thank you for the wonderful Systemic Awareness training! It’s beautiful to experience how it continues to work through in daily life. It has already given me more calm and openness, and insight into where there is still space for further deepening, such as in a constellation. I look back on a valuable training and a warm, loving and enjoyable time together with the group.

What touched me most was how simple and clear it actually became. I suddenly saw why certain situations kept repeating themselves. Because of that, the way I related to them naturally changed. That brought so much calm.

I didn’t expect that online systemic awareness could have such an impact. Through the questions, insight emerged step by step. As if something finally clicked. I now understand myself better and notice that I can regulate myself more quickly when something affects me.

What I found remarkable was that I didn’t have to explain or fix anything. By looking systemically, what was happening between me and the other person became visible. That immediately changed how I experienced the situation.
