Who is ZIESOO For?
ZIESOO is for people who want to gain more insight into themselves, relationships, or situations that are present in their lives.
You do not need any experience with systemic work.
Curiosity and a willingness to look at what is happening are enough.
How can I participate?
Within ZIESOO, you can participate in systemic work in different ways.
Systemic Observation and Systemic Constellations can take place individually or in groups, online or in person, depending on the facilitator and the way they work.

How do I choose a facilitator?
Each facilitator works in their own way.
Some work more gently, others more directly. Some work online, others in person.
Often you naturally feel who you are comfortable with and with whom you feel a connection.
Look at which facilitator speaks to you and which way of working fits you.
It is also possible to book a free session with a ZIESOO facilitator.
This conversation takes place via video call and is intended to get to know each other and to briefly experience how an online systemic constellation works.
Do I need to have a specific question?

Sometimes you come with a question.
Sometimes with something you feel or something you keep returning to.
Both are welcome.
What do I need to bring?
You do not need to prepare anything.
An open attitude and a willingness to look at what is happening is enough.
Online or in person
ZIESOO works online and in person.
Online, you are present in your own environment with what becomes visible.
In person, you are physically present in the space where it happens.
Both forms show the same movement. Only the experience of presence is different.
Each activity indicates how it takes place.
Can I also participate as a representative?
Yes.
In group constellations, you can participate as a representative.
Even without your own question, what is present in your life may become visible.
In the ZIESOO Agenda, you can sign up as a representative for a group constellation.
By being present in someone else’s constellation, what resonates within you often becomes visible as well.
