A fixed moment where you can join with whatever is happening in your life at that time.

You don’t need to prepare anything or explain it.
You join from your own situation.

Every week there is an opportunity to step in when something is on your mind, keeps returning or remains unclear.

We look at what is happening from a systemic perspective,
so what is going on becomes visible — beyond what you could previously only feel or experience.

When it becomes clear what is happening, the way you relate to it naturally begins to change.
