How does it work?

ZIESOO Energy takes place online, so you can join the virtual campfire from the comfort of your own space. You are fully present for yourself. Simply by being and receiving, you notice your energy flowing and a sense of calm settling within. The effect is similar to a systemic constellation, but purely through presence and attunement to yourself.

After a systemic constellation or family constellation, ZIESOO Energy can help deepen your experience. Your intuition gains space, your inner knowing becomes tangible, and insights arise naturally—like sparks jumping from the campfire into your awareness.

What does the evening look like?

  • First half hour: A systemic attunement to yourself. A moment to pause, land, and experience your inner energy.
  • Second half hour: Flexible. Sometimes you share something, sometimes you just listen, sometimes you simply sit in presence—everything is allowed, nothing is required.

This is your time to fully receive, let your energy flow, and discover what you need in that moment.
