Art. 1. Definitions.

These are the general terms and conditions of Ziesoo. Client is the person who books and participates in the service.

Art. 2. General

– These terms and conditions apply to all services performed jointly by Ziesoo and Customer.

– Please read the terms carefully, because by starting the service you are indicating your agreement to this.

– Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if they are confirmed by Ziesoo in advance.

– Ziesoo has an obligation of effort and determines how the service will be performed.

– Client’s personal development is leading in the cooperation with Ziesoo.

 

Art. 3. Agreement:

– Dutch law applies to all agreements between Ziesoo and Customer.

– An agreement is established by the agreement of both parties, either by the online payment or by the start of the service.

– Ziesoo may refuse Customer without giving reasons. The reason for refusal is not a reason for discussion.

– Ziesoo may change the general conditions and prices in the interim without consultation, but is obliged to inform the Customer of this. Customer has the right to terminate the agreement 14 days after major modification.

– Ziesoo may only modify the agreement established between them in consultation with the Customer.

Art. 4. Systemic Pathway:

– The first session is booked online, the other sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

– Client has 3 months to use the constellations and conversation in the process.

– Up to 24 hours before the service starts, cancellations can be made free of charge or the session will be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

– Should Customer wish to switch service providers in the interim, this can be arranged, in consultation with Ziesoo.

– Should the service provider find it better to refer Customer to another in the interim, this can be arranged, in consultation with Customer.

Art. 5. Systemic Coaching:

– The first session is booked online, the other sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

 

– Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the service at no charge.

– A session can be rescheduled to another time up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the session is considered recorded.

– Should Customer wish to switch service providers in the interim, this can be arranged, in consultation with Ziesoo.

– Should the service provider find it better to refer Customer to another in the interim, this can be arranged, in consultation with Customer.

Art. 6. Systemic Training.

– Before participating in the service, an introductory meeting is held with Ziesoo to see if there is a match.

Generally applicable articles

Art. 8. Payment:

– All payments are made through an online payment system on Ziesoo’s website. After payment, Customer can participate in the service.

– Ziesoo sends an initial reminder if payment is not made on time, at no additional charge.

– However, if this first reminder is not paid, Ziesoo may charge the Customer the statutory interest and any additional collection costs.

– Ziesoo’s prices have been calculated in a reasonable and fair manner, taking into account its knowledge, training, preparation, materials, etc.

Art. 9. Inform:

– Ziesoo is obliged to provide all information related to the service to Customer.

– The Customer agrees to provide all relevant information honestly and completely to Ziesoo.

– Ziesoo treats the information provided to it with care and complies with the Data Protection Act (AVG). More information can be found in its Privacy Regulations.

 

Art. 10. Responsibility:

– Client is responsible to keep track of how many sessions have been taken.

– Training and education days missed by Customer cannot be made up. Nor will these days be recorded.

– Participation in services is at one’s own risk. The Customer remains responsible for his/her own behavior and for monitoring her mental or physical limits.

– Customer is solely responsible for processing outcomes of the purchased service.

– Ziesoo assumes that the Customer participates in its services of his own free will and disclaims all liability for any possible physical injury or psychological customers of the Customer that may result from participation in those services.

 

Art. 11. Liability

– Indirect and consequential damages are excluded from compensation.

– For any liability in coaching and constellations, the respective performer can be sued.

– If Ziesoo does have to pay a fee, it will never be liable for more than the agreed upon invoice value of the service.

– Ziesoo accepts no liability if it is found that the customer acted irresponsibly or withheld any important information.

 

Art. 12. Cancellation and Termination:

– Ziesoo adheres to consumer law and offers a legal cooling-off period of 14 days after purchasing a service online.

– This cooling-off period expires if, with the consent of the Customer, the service has already begun or if Customer waived this right when purchasing the service.

– Cancellation of a training or workshop can be done free of charge up to one week before the service starts. After that, 50% will be refunded.

– If cancellations are made 4 days before the start, 25% will be refunded and if cancellations are made 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund.

– In case of interim termination, Ziesoo would like to have a conversation to find out the underlying reason and, if necessary, reach a solution. If this cannot be reached, then a respective balance will be refunded to Customer.

 

Art. 13. Force majeure:

– In case of force majeure, an individual service will be rescheduled, if possible, in consultation between Ziesoo and Customer.

– If there is a force majeure for a group service, the service will basically be cancelled. In the event of a one-day group service, you will be registered for/transferred to a future group service, if desired.

– If the minimum number of participants required to start a service is not met, Ziesoo may decide to cancel the service and payments will be refunded in full.

 

Art. 14. Publications:

– By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you also agree to your name being attached to your review and that Ziesoo may use it for its marketing purposes. If you prefer your review to be anonymous, please indicate this explicitly.

– Use of photos and texts from the site is allowed without any changes. It must also be mentioned that this content comes from Ziesoo, with a link to its website.

– Workbooks, guides, exercises and other materials created by Ziesoo may not be shared with third parties.

 

Art. 15. Complaints:

– Do you have any complaints about the service or the invoice? If so, please let me know as soon as possible, but no later than 5 business days after completion of the service.

– If I have not received your complaint in a timely manner, then you no longer give me room to act properly on the

complaint and to explore whether a resolution is possible.

– Should you wish to make a complaint later than the 5 business days after completion, please email me at a

constructive manner.

– Filing a complaint does not suspend your payment obligation.
