This is how you can get started with me:

• Group constellations (Wednesday evening): questioner €95, representative €25 – discover what is really going on inside you . Recognition and the energy of the group bring your a18> life energy back into motion. Register via the ZIESOO agenda.
• Pure & Wild Training or Program: individual or group. The training consists of six online meetings every other week. You will learn to deal with what is going on inside you, to bring yourself into balance, and thus to allow your energy to flow freely again. About me:

Hi, I am Esther, founder of ZIESOO and facilitator of online systemic family constellations.

I work in a warm, honest, and direct way — online and always at your pace. With me, it’s about feeling what’s alive in you, understanding what’s going on, and creating space for yourself. No theories or fancy words, just truly experiencing what is happening within you.

I graduated as an Integrated Safety Specialist and worked as a department head in the prison system — a world full of rules, protocols, and inflated stories. The more rules there were, the less safe I felt. Deep down, I always knew: true safety comes from within.

That search led me to family constellations. They have freed and enriched my life, helped me navigate difficult times, supported a career change, and above all taught me to work with my emotions. I can now truly say that I do what I love and live life on my terms. Life still has its ups and downs, but I notice that I recover faster and regain my balance more easily.

I want to make this process accessible to others, so you too can experience what it feels like to be free, energetic, and fully present in your own life.

Method:

In a constellation, we explore your question or desire together by making it visible in the space. You choose representatives (symbols) for the elements that are important in your question, for example, yourself, a family member, an emotion, or a pattern.

Together, we look at how these elements relate to each other, what they feel, and what movement arises. We follow what shows itself, without judgment. I guide you step by step with attention, calmness, and intuitive attunement.

Gradually, it becomes clear what is going on beneath the surface, and often a healing process begins. You feel what is truly right, what is not yours, where your place is, and what you need to move forward. Precisely that which will set you in motion again becomes visible and tangible. Each constellation is therefore unique and fully tailored to your process.

How does it work in practice?

• When you book a program, you schedule the first date using the “Book a constellation” button on this page. The remaining dates will be booked in consultation with me within six months.
• After your booking you will receive a confirmation with all the necessary information. Payment completes your reservation.
• Would you like to change or cancel your appointment? This is possible up to 24 hours in advance.
• Do you have any questions or would you like to discuss something in advance? Send an email via this page and I will respond within 24 hours.
