ZIESOO Connect & Grow was created from exactly that need: a space where facilitators can meet, connect, and grow together in the practice of systemic constellations.

Every month, systemic facilitators from around the world come together online. Not to perform, but to share, deepen, and expand. What is alive in your practice? What challenges are you facing? Which themes need attention? In Connect & Grow, there is space for what emerges—both professionally and personally.

Whether you are just starting as a facilitator or have years of experience with family and systemic constellations, this gathering supports you to stay sharp, nourished, and connected to the larger field. No competition, only collaboration. No fixed agenda, only attuned to what arises.

What is ZIESOO Connect & Grow?

ZIESOO Connect & Grow is a monthly online gathering for systemic facilitators.
A safe, open space where you can:

  • brainstorm and spar with fellow facilitators
  • ask questions about cases or your practice
  • explore a theme or lead a short constellation
  • share experiences and learn from each other

The gathering is intended as a connecting and deepening moment, not as a formal training or course.

How does it work and what does the session look like?
ZIESOO Connect & Grow takes place online. After registration, you will automatically receive the Zoom link. Each session begins with a short landing in the field, allowing everyone to arrive fully. From there, the session unfolds organically, guided by what is alive among the participants. There is space to share experiences and questions, reflect together, and—when appropriate—lead a short systemic exercise or constellation. The power of Connect & Grow lies in being together and the collective field of facilitators, where reflection and growth naturally emerge.
