You book your first session via the button “Book a session”. Follow-up appointments plan your together with the setup person during the a19> first session. In the booking system, you can immediately choose whether you the session online or live follow.

About me:

I am Ilona, systemic constellation facilitator and coach. In my work I bring peace, gentleness and clear attention together. I guide without judgment, creating a safe space in which you can explore what is holding you back in your life. a25> can explore what is going on beneath the surface. My energy is calm, empathetic and at the same time clear; I move with you along, but I also dare to a46> sharp to clarify when that is helpful.

I work a lot with young people, parents and adults who feel stuck and are are curious about their patterns or are searching for more a17> more connection with themselves and their environment. In online constellations, I help make visible what is unconsciously at play, so that there can be movement, relaxation and insight can arise.

With me you can expect that you will be seen a7> seen as you are — with space for your story, your pace and your own answers.

Method:

The first meeting of an individual program is booked and paid for by you via ZIESOO. During this session, we will get to know each other, discuss your request for help, and explore together which themes require attention. Often, several topics are discussed; we usually focus on one or two, but sometimes the session itself provides more clarity and insights into other themes. We will schedule follow-up appointments together, depending on what you need.

Online, I work via Zoom, using the ZIESOO tool. A session lasts an average of 1 to 1.5 hours. We start with a short alignment and a moment of rest, followed by the constellation. Everything that happens is welcome—emotions, insights, and movements—and I guide without judgment, with calmness, gentleness, and attention. At the end, we discuss the new inner image, which I download as a visual and send to you. I recommend putting it on your home screen, for example, so that it becomes more firmly anchored. In the meantime, I am of course available if needed.

My intention is that you experience space, gain insight and feel, feel relaxation and take away a new inner image that brings acceptance and understanding. a16> acceptance and understanding brings. You may the process experience as it unfolds, at your own pace and completely in your own experience.

How does it work in practice?

• When you book a program, you schedule the first date using the button ‘Book a constellation’ on this page. The remaining dates will be scheduled during the first session in consultation with you.
• After your booking you will receive a confirmation with all the necessary information. Payment completes your reservation.
• Would you like to change or cancel your appointment? This is possible up to 24 hours in advance.
• Do you have any questions or would you like to discuss something in advance? Send an email via this page and I will respond within 24 hours.
