It is a way of participating for people who feel called to join a session, systemic constellations, training, or course, and are at the same time willing to consciously contribute to what they receive. What is ZIESOO Gift & Grow?

ZIESOO Gift & Grow is a way of participating in which giving and receiving are consciously balanced. You join a session, systemic constellation, training, or course, and actively contribute to what you receive.

This is neither a favor nor a discount. It is an exchange based on equality.

You receive what supports and strengthens you in your process. At the same time, you contribute something that helps the growth and visibility of the work: of the facilitator and of ZIESOO as a platform.

That contribution can be financial. And sometimes balance is achieved in another way, for example by helping to increase reach, connecting new people with the work, or using your time, talent, or network in a way that truly adds value.

Gift & Grow requires presence and responsibility. Precisely because of this, the experience deepens, the work is supported, and movement can continue to arise.

When giving and receiving are in balance, a force arises that is greater than ourselves alone.

How you contribute through ZIESOO Gift & Grow

To make it easier for you, we have created a framework of inspiration for contributions. This gives you an idea of the number of actions that are appropriate for the type of offer you receive, without specifying exactly how you should carry them out.

Minimum contributions per type of offer:

  • Constellation (1.5 hours): choose at least 2 actions
  • Systemic event (3 hours): choose at least 3 actions
  • Systemic event (more than 3 hours): choose at least 4–5 actions
  • ZIESOO Program: choose at least 5–7 actions

The framework of inspiration helps you find a balance between giving and receiving in a simple way. You can take inspiration from the list below, or come up with something yourself that contributes meaningfully. The important thing is that your effort truly adds value: making the facilitator visible, inviting new participants, using your talent, or providing creative contributions.

In this way, your participation remains flexible and inspiring, creating an exchange in which your experience deepens, the facilitator grows in visibility and reach, and ZIESOO strengthens its impact as a platform.

  • Invite people to ZIESOO gatherings or online events

Tip: Participants can choose multiple actions or carry out one action in several ways. The important thing is that the contribution adds tangible value and that giving and receiving are in balance.

  • Indicate what you are applying for with a ZIESOO Gift & Grow spot
  • Choose the facilitator or organizer you want to participate with
  • Describe how you want to bring the exchange into balance

After submitting, the facilitator receives your application. The facilitator assesses whether the proposed exchange is appropriate and lets you know if participation is possible. Sometimes a brief coordination follows to feel whether everything aligns. It is up to the facilitator to decide which ZIESOO Gift & Grow applications they approve.

This creates clarity for everyone and an exchange supported by reciprocity.
