You start to understand what is truly going on.

This creates space to regulate yourself, restore your energy, and stay true to yourself in daily life.

You feel stuck in a situation.
Or you feel emotionally touched by it.
Sometimes the same situations keep returning, even though you want something different, but it does not change on its own.

In a Systemic Constellation, what is moving within the system becomes visible.

You see what reveals itself within the whole.
And you experience directly what this does in your body.

You notice what starts to shift, find order, or become clear.

This changes how you relate to the situation and how you respond to it.

Training Systemic Awareness

A training in which you develop the ability to perceive systemically what is happening within yourself and in situations.

You learn to recognize what you feel.
What touches you.
And what influences how you respond.

You learn to understand what is truly happening in everyday situations, and how this affects your thoughts, feelings, behaviour, and relationships.

This allows you to better regulate yourself, restore your energy, and stay true to yourself in daily life.

The training is focused on developing a skill that you can apply again and again in everyday situations, at home, at work, and in contact with others.
