• Individual arrangements & programmes
  Book an online or physical one-to-one session or a a12> programme of multiple sessions to step by step insight, clarity and change to experience.

• Relationship Coaching Program (3 sessions)
  I use family constellations as one of the top tools in the Relationship Coaching program. The program consists of three steps:

  1. Introductory meeting – by telephone, including a questionnaire, in order to clarify your question clearly and a11> understand your question and to determine whether there is a click.

  2. Online family constellation – the depth, whereby you quickly gain insight and clarity about what is holding you back a13> is holding you back or blocking you.

  3. Follow-up session – we review how things are going and make a plan so that you can get the most out of the constellation and incorporate it into your life.

You book your first session via the button “Book a session”. Follow-up appointments plan your together with the setup person during the a19> first session. In the booking system, you can immediately choose whether you the session online or live follow.

About me:

I am Carol, systemic coach and mentor. For more than forty years I have been working with women in the health & wellness world, including more than twenty years as a coach. Over the past twelve years, I have delved into systemic work and guided people through their personal and professional development. a23> immersed myself in systemic work and guided I women and sometimes couples who want clarity and peace in their relationships, family or own inner world.

My style is open, warm and clear. I like to work in a practical manner, with humour, and without fuss. What we put down in a session is always tailored to your question and pace.

Many women choose me because they feel at home with me and at ease and because I a14> myself also enough life experience have built up to be sharp, honest and yet gentle in looking for patterns.

Method:

In a constellation, we explore your question or desire together by making it visible in the space. You choose representatives (symbols) for the elements that are important in your question, for example, yourself, a family member, an emotion, or a pattern.

Together, we look at how these elements relate to each other, what they feel, and what movement arises. We follow what shows itself, without judgment. I guide you step by step with attention, calmness, and intuitive attunement.

Gradually, it becomes clear what is going on beneath the surface, and often a healing process begins. You feel what is truly right, what is not yours, where your place is, and what you need to move forward. Precisely that which will set you in motion again becomes visible and tangible. Each constellation is therefore unique and fully tailored to your process.

How does it work in practice?

• When you book a program, you schedule the first date using the “Book a constellation” button on this page. The remaining dates will be booked in consultation with me within six months.
• After your booking you will receive a confirmation with all the necessary information. Payment completes your reservation.
• Would you like to change or cancel your appointment? This is possible up to 24 hours in advance.
• Do you have any questions or would you like to discuss something in advance? Send an email via this page and I will respond within 24 hours.
