In contact with others, it often happens without you noticing.<\/p>\n

You feel what is happening in the other person.
\nYou adjust.
\nYou move along.
\nYou say yes before you have really felt it.
\nYou adapt without pausing.<\/p>\n

It happens fast.<\/p>\n

It feels logical in the moment.<\/p>\n

The connection continues.
\nThe other person stays in contact.
\nThe situation stays calm.<\/p>\n

But somewhere, you move yourself slightly backwards.<\/p>\n

Not much.
\nBut noticeable.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What becomes visible in behaviour<\/strong><\/p>\n

With always being loyal to others, you often see:<\/p>\n

  • you quickly tune into what the other needs<\/li>\n
  • you move along without first staying with yourself<\/li>\n

  • you take responsibility for how things go<\/li>\n
  • you continue while your own space becomes smaller<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    From the outside, it works.<\/p>\n

    It keeps connection stable.
    \nIt prevents tension.
    \nIt makes you predictable in relationship.<\/p>\n

    And precisely because of that, it often goes unnoticed.<\/p>\n

    Not by the other person.
    \nNot by you in that moment.<\/p>\n

    It often costs more than you realise at the time.<\/p>\n

    Tension arises inside you.
    \nSometimes as irritation you only notice later.
    \nSometimes as a sense of emptiness.<\/p>\n

    How this forms within the whole<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In systemic work, we don\u2019t only look at what someone does.<\/p>\n

    But at how something forms within the whole in which people relate to each other.<\/p>\n

    Being loyal to others is rarely something you consciously choose.<\/p>\n

    It is often a movement that once made sense in your life.<\/p>\n

    What once helped, continues to move with you later.<\/p>\n

    Adjusting becomes faster than feeling.
    \nAdapting becomes automatic.
    \nYou are with the other first, and only then with yourself.<\/p>\n

    Not as a thought.<\/p>\n

    But as something familiar.<\/p>\n

    And what is familiar is often repeated without being chosen again each time.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    When something keeps repeating<\/strong><\/p>\n

    When a movement keeps repeating, at some point it starts working against you.<\/p>\n

    It takes energy.
    \nIt starts to create friction.
    \nAnd you notice it limits how you are in contact with others.<\/p>\n

    At that point, you can no longer fully ignore it.<\/p>\n

    Not because you suddenly want to fix it.<\/p>\n

    But because you can\u2019t ignore it anymore.<\/p>\n

    You start to look more closely at what is happening.<\/p>\n

    What am I actually doing here?
    \nWhat am I actually doing here?
    \nAnd what is the effect on me and on the contact with the other?<\/p>\n

    And right there, something starts to shift.<\/p>\n

    Not through a big change.<\/p>\n

    But because you begin to see what is actually happening in what keeps repeating.<\/p>\n

    Understanding and recognising as a process<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This is where systemic awareness and systemic constellations connect.<\/p>\n

    Both start from the same entry point:<\/p>\n

    making visible, understanding and recognising what is actually happening.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Systemic awareness takes place in everyday life.<\/p>\n

    You look at what you do in contact with others.
    \nWhat happens in conversations.
    \nAnd what effect it has on you and the situation.<\/p>\n

    Not to do it differently, but to see it more clearly.<\/p>\n

    Step by step, recognition develops.<\/p>\n

    You start to see how certain movements repeat.
    \nWhen they arise.
    \nAnd what they do in contact.<\/p>\n

    Systemic constellations share the same entry point.<\/p>\n

    Only the form is different.<\/p>\n

    With representatives or the ZIESOO Tool, what is not always visible becomes visible.<\/p>\n

    Especially in situations that keep returning, carry emotional weight, or are hard to understand.<\/p>\n

    Both lead to the same outcome.<\/p>\n

    You begin to understand what is actually happening.

    This changes how you stand in it.<\/p>\n

    And when you stand differently, you act differently.<\/p>\n
