The form may differ, but the movement is always the same.<\/p>\n

By looking systemically, recognition arises.
Not from judgment, but from insight.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What does this look like in practice?<\/h3>\n

You bring a theme<\/strong><\/p>\n

You begin with something that is present in your life at that moment.<\/p>\n

This may relate to yourself, a relationship, family, work, or a situation you would like to understand more clearly.<\/p>\n

It does not need to be clear or fully formed.
What you are experiencing is enough.<\/p>\n

We make visible what is happening<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through Systemic Observation or a Systemic Constellation, it becomes visible how you are relating to the theme.<\/p>\n

This often brings recognition.<\/p>\n

You do not only see what is happening, but also how you are relating to it.<\/p>\n

You understand what you see<\/strong><\/p>\n

When what is happening becomes visible, understanding often follows.<\/p>\n

You begin to recognize why certain situations affect you, or why you respond to them the way you do.<\/p>\n

Not to make anything right or wrong, but to understand what is happening.<\/p>\n

The logic becomes visible<\/strong><\/p>\n

What first felt unclear begins to make more sense.<\/p>\n

You start to see that what you are experiencing does not stand alone, but is part of a larger whole.<\/p>\n

This often brings a sense of calm.<\/p>\n

When you understand what is happening and see the logic within it, space begins to emerge.<\/p>\n

Space to look differently at yourself, others, or a situation.<\/p>\n

You begin to relate to it differently<\/strong><\/p>\n

What you have seen stays with you in daily life.<\/p>\n

As a result, different choices, responses, and experiences often begin to emerge.<\/p>\n
