Systemic Awareness<\/h1><\/div>

Something happens.<\/p>\n

Someone says or does something. Or responds in a way that affects you. <\/p>\n

And immediately, something happens inside you.<\/p>\n

Irritation. tension. sadness. doubt. <\/p>\n

You pull back, start explaining, adjusting, or resisting.<\/p>\n

And afterward, it lingers.<\/p>\n

You keep thinking about it. It takes energy. <\/p>\n

What is happening here often says more than you can see in that moment.<\/p>\n<\/div>
