The program consists of six systemic sessions, where we work step by step on your themes. You\u2019ll have the space to explore different layers, release what no longer serves you, and make room for more energy, freedom, and resilience. <\/p>\n

Each session focuses on experiencing, feeling, and awareness, so that you not only understand what is going on, but also truly feel how life can flow again.<\/p>\n

The sessions take place via video call, giving you the freedom to join from your own safe and familiar environment. This makes it easy, flexible, and saves travel time. <\/p>\n

During the sessions, we will examine your situation and what you would like to change. Through symbols, representatives, and conversations, a new inner image of how things truly are will emerge. This will reveal where there is room for movement and change, without the need to \u201cfix\u201d anything.
